This is the Vermont National Guard Professional Development Ribbon. This ribbon is awarded to members of the Vermont National Guard who complete one of the following courses in an enlisted capacity : 1 - Officer Candidate School / Academy of Military Science, 2 - Non-commissioned Officer Academy, 3 - Airman Leadership School, 4 - MOS Producing Course. Additional awards are denoted by a bronze star device.
