General Measurement Guide

It is recommended that you ask another person for assistance in measuring. If you don’t have a tape measure, use a string and measure the length of the string with a ruler.

Chest: Measure around your chest at the widest point. Stand upright but relaxed, and breathe out.

Waist: Measure around your waist just above your belly button. This is generally the smallest part of your torso.

Sleeve Outseam: Relax your arms. Measure from the center of your back, over your shoulder, and down to your wrist bone on the outer side of your arm.

Collar: Measure around your neck where your collar is usually worn. Keep the tape snug but not tight. Add an additional 1/2 inch to allow for a comfortable fit.

Hips: Keep your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips.

Pant Inseam: Measure from the crotch along the inner side of your leg, to the bottom of your trousers. Stand up straight and do not bend your knees.

ASU Cap Measurement Guide

Measure around your head, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. The tape should fall aproximately 1 inch above your eye brows, and slightly above your ears. Hold the tape snuggly, but not too tight. Use the chart below to determine your cap size.
