Criteria: This product is the unit crest, or distinctive unit insignia, of the 422nd Signal Battalion. The unit's motto, "Battle Born," is printed along the bottom of the design. This motto is also the state motto of Nevada, where this unit is based. The silver star and laurels are adapted from the shoulder insignia of the Nevada Army National Guard. The colors orange and white allude to the unit's Signal designation. This item is made for wear on the Army Dress Blue (ASU) Uniform.
