United States Army 9th Cavalry Regiment Unit Crest
Criteria: This product is the unit crest of the 9th Cavalry Regiment. The main design is of a Native American rider atop the stylized shape of a military fort. The five cornered fort alludes to the unit's origins with the 5th Army Corps in Cuba. The color yellow signifies Cavalry and the rider commemorates the unit's service in the Indian Campaigns. Also called distinctive unit insignia, this item is worn on the Army Dress Blue (ASU) Uniform.
