California National Guard Counter Narcotics Service Ribbon
This is the California National Guard Counter Narcotics Service Ribbon (CACDSR). This award may be earned by any member of the California National Guard who provided support to counter drug missions on or after "Operation Border Ranger" in 1987. The ribbon may also be awarded to personnel of other military services and law enforcement agencies who provided support to counter drug field operations. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by bronze, silver, and gold service stars.
