California National Guard Senior Enlisted Leadership Ribbon

Criteria: This is the California National Guard Senior Enlisted Leadership Ribbon (CASELR). The purpose of this ribbon is to provide recognition to Army and Air National Guard Senior Enlisted Soldiers and Airmen. For First Sergeants, they must serve at least 3 years in the position, completed the First Sergeant Academy, passed physical fitness requirements, haven't been considered unfit for duty, and have not stepped down prior to completing 3 years of duty. It is the same criteria for Command Sergeants Major and Chief Master Sergeants. This award can be earned more than once and is shown by bronze and silver diamonds, and bronze, silver, and gold service stars.
