This is the New Hampshire National Guard Recruiting Ribbon. Awarded to members of the New Hampshire National Guard who have exceeded set goals in recruiting. To become eligible a service-members must have secured three enlistments during their career. For subsequent awards, bronze and/or silver oak leaf clusters are presented.
