Pennsylvania National Guard Recruiting and Retention Medal Ribbon

This is the Pennsylvania National Guard Recruiting and Retention Medal Ribbon. Awarded to NCO's and Officers of the Pennsylvania National Guard who differentiate themselves through the recruiting and retention program. Can be awarded to individuals or groups for referring and enlisting  individuals into the PA National Guard.  Additional awards are represented by wearing a numerical device on the ribbon. For the tenth award, a silver star will be presented, in lieu of a numerical device.
