Public Health Service Commissioned Corps Training Service Ribbon

Criteria:

The Public Health Service Commission Corps Training Ribbon is the only training award approved for PHS uniform wear. An award of the Department of Health and Human Services, it is used to recognize officers who have completed both the Basic Officer Training Course and the follow-up Independent Officer Training Course. While this is considered a civilian award it is approved for wear on all military uniforms.
